Who We are

We are the leading professional Home Tuition and Home-Schooling service providers in Ghana for the past Eighteen years.              We operate within four zonal cities with our main office at Spintex.

Our services are available throughout Accra and Tema, ensuring convenient access for all students.

Student Progress Corner

Once your subscription is confirmed, you will be granted access to our portal, where you can track your child’s academic progress, including:

  • Concise notes prepared by his/her tutor(s) on the various topics treated.
  • Numerous examinable questions solved by your ward during tutoring hours.
  • Assignments given by the tutor(s).
  • Marked scripts from our compulsory monthly examinations based on topics taught.
  • Your ward’s overall monthly academic report.


How We Recruit Our Tutors

  1. Qualifications: All our tutors hold at least a first degree in the subject they teach.

    2. Recruitment Background: We recruit tutors who are currently teaching, or have previously taught, in mainstream schools following          one of the following syllabuses:

  • Cambridge: Lower Secondary, Upper Secondary – IGCSE, and A Level
  • IB: Primary Years Program (PYP), Middle Years Program (MYP), Higher Level (HL)
  • GES: Primary (Class 1–6), Junior High School (JHS 1–3), Senior High School (SHS 1–3)

    3.  Screening Process: All applicants undergo a rigorous screening process, including an online aptitude test, two months of                         professional training, and teaching demonstrations.

     4. Core Values: Commitment, moral integrity, and professionalism are non-negotiable qualities we expect from our tutors.

    5. Continuous Development: Tutors participate in compulsory annual refresher programs designed to sharpen and enhance their                 teaching skills.

ELECTRONIC SERVICES

  1. We have at our disposal a customized software for monitoring and evaluating the academic performance of our students.
  2. On the portal there’s a section that stores pdf files of all assignments, notes, exercises and monthly examination marked scripts for every student.
  3. We also have electronic topic by topic questions bank for our candidate.
  4. This platform communicates and gives feedback about student academic performance regularly.
